Delivery is priced by real distance, not padded into a national average, and it sits inside the itemized number in your quote alongside installation. There is no separate bill after the booth arrives.

In most cases, no. A Quiet Cabin is modular furniture on casters, not permanent construction, so it does not go through the building permit path a framed room would. Because it is furniture and not a leasehold improvement, most leases do not require landlord consent either. Your quote includes the classification details in writing so you can forward them to building management. We always recommend confirming with your building.

Every model is 94 inches tall, so you need a ceiling of at least 8 feet. Panels arrive flat and go up in a passenger elevator, so you do not need a loading dock or a crane. Assembled weight runs from about 660 lb for a Single to about 1,345 lb for the Executive, spread across lockable casters with floor-safe pads. Send your door width, elevator size, ceiling height, and floor number and we confirm access before you order anything.

In-stock models ship within days of order confirmation, and most booths go up in 2–4 hours on site. We can install after hours so your floor opens as normal the next morning. If your date is tight, put it in the form and we will tell you honestly whether we can hit it.

Quiet Cabins reduce sound by 30 dB, third-party tested by SGS to ISO 23351 Class A. That keeps a normal speaking voice inside the room instead of carrying across the floor, and it works both ways: the person inside hears library-level quiet in a typical open office. The showroom is the easiest way to judge it for yourself.
