Warranty Coverage Period
Coverage begins on the date of delivery or installation, whichever occurs first.

What We Will Do
If a covered defect arises during the applicable warranty period, Quiet Cabins will, at its sole discretion:
- Repair the defective component
- Replace the defective component
- Provide replacement parts
- Provide remote troubleshooting support
- Approve a certified local technician
Quiet Cabins reserves the right to determine the most efficient remedy.
Covered Defects
What's protected under this warranty:
- Structural failure under normal commercial use
- Electrical malfunction not caused by misuse
- Factory-installed component failure
- Manufacturing defects in acoustic panel assembly
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, fabric wear)
- Damage from improper installation
- Unauthorized modifications or alterations
- Water, flood, fire, or environmental damage
- Electrical damage from improper voltage
- Relocation damage after initial install
- Abuse, misuse, or negligence
- Third-party accessories not supplied by Quiet Cabins
Acoustic performance expectations are based on standardized internal testing conditions and may vary depending on room acoustics and placement.

How installation method affects your warranty coverage.
What does the warranty cover if I use an approved contractor?
Full parts and labour warranty coverage applies for the first 12 months from the date of installation. Structural and component warranties apply for their full periods thereafter (see coverage table above).
What does on-site service look like in the first 12 months?
Parts and labour are covered for manufacturer defects during the first 12 months.
What about on-site service after 12 months?
After 12 months, parts remain covered under the applicable warranty period. Labour is billed at standard service rates. Travel charges may apply outside the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

What is the limitation of liability?
Quiet Cabins' total liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product. Quiet Cabins shall not be liable for loss of business revenue, downtime, indirect or consequential damages, or installation delays outside its control.
This warranty, together with any rights under the Sale of Goods Act (Ontario) that cannot be excluded, constitutes the exclusive remedy available to the Purchaser. All other implied warranties, including merchantable quality and fitness for a particular purpose under the Sale of Goods Act (Ontario), are expressly disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by law.
What is the Noise Reduction Guarantee?
If your booth does not achieve a measurable reduction in ambient noise consistent with its published product specification, you must notify Quiet Cabins within 30 days of installation. Quiet Cabins will reassess placement, inspect seals and installation, and offer remediation.
Refund eligibility requires proper installation, appropriate environmental conditions, and no modifications. Quiet Cabins reserves the right to inspect before approving any return.
Is this warranty transferable?
This warranty is non-transferable unless approved in writing by Quiet Cabins.
Who does this warranty apply to?
This warranty applies to all Quiet Cabins branded acoustic booths purchased directly from Quiet Cabins or an authorized dealer. Warranty is effective upon fulfillment of product purchase.
