How long does shipping take?
Timelines depend on your location and product availability. After checkout, our team reaches out directly to confirm an estimated delivery date. A real person, not a bot.
We don't have a loading dock. Is that a dealbreaker?
Not even close. Lift-gate service is included. The driver lowers your pallet to ground level. A standard pallet jack is all you need from there.
Will I actually know where my order is?
Yes. You get a tracking link the moment it ships. No black holes, no vague windows. If anything changes, we reach out first.
What if something shows up damaged?
Every cabin is fully insured. If it's not perfect, we replace it free. Inspect the pallet with the driver and note any damage before signing.
How heavy are these things?
On the pallet, 300–610 kg depending on the model. But you never lift the full weight. Individual panels are light enough for two people. Once assembled, casters let you roll it anywhere.
Can we actually build this ourselves?
Yes. Tools and a step-by-step guide are in the box. Two people, a few hours, no experience needed. Or choose white-glove and we do it all.

We ship Canada-wide. For locations outside Canada, get in touch. We'll work with you to find a solution.
